Just a little less is more than enough

When I worked at Rosie’s Bakery a few decades ago, I was always asked too things: Is the reclining woman in the seating area painting really the owner, and is there a brownie that’s just a little less wow than the Chocolate Orgasm (actual name of a brownie.)
I would always suggest the Boom Booms. They’re plenty chocolate alright, but they’re fudge-y, not sugary, and they have sweetened cream cheese swirled throughout. They’re big enough to cover my entire hand up to my fingers, and they’re very rich, so indulge, just go slowly.
And just because they’re not that brownie, don’t think they’re not chocolate-y. They’re just not insanely chocolate-y.
You can order them for store pickup, local delivery or shipment by UPS. They’re $12.90 for a half-dozen, and they freeze just fine, I’m told. I don’t really know for sure — even just having one I find I suddenly have friends who want me to share.
